Nozzles & Nucleation Like No Other

Snow Logic's ultra-low-energy technology achieves unmatched efficiency through its distinctive design, which incorporates Dual Vector® Nozzle Technology and a patented nucleation process. Our unique nucleation process is optimally placed to efficiently seed ice crystals into the plume, which contributes to the technology's efficiency.

Patented Dual Vector® Nozzle Technology is unique in producing a spray pattern that diverges on both horizontal and vertical planes.

This design doubles the surface area, increases air induction to accelerate the cooling process, and projects water droplets much further than traditional flat jet water nozzles. Its powerful and highly directional plume can throw water up to 150+ft/45+m, and it can handle flow rates up to 100gpm/6.35l, making it the most efficient technology solution for every hydrant location.

Multiphase Nozzles

Multiphase 'BA Nozzles' are designed to harness the efficiency of Dual Vector Nozzle Technology. These nozzles use water pressure and compressed air to break the surface tension of the water as it flows through the nozzle, resulting in the production of water droplets.

To create small, homogeneous droplets that can convert faster in marginal temperatures and low-pressure locations (100psi+), compressed air (20, 30, or 40cfm) is injected into the plume at a precise angle. Additionally, smaller water particles produced by the nozzles contribute to a drier snow quality suited to slope resurfacing.

With its unique form, the nozzle creates a strong, high-velocity plume that can combat crosswinds and cover wide, open trails with ease.

Fixed and Variable Airflow Options

Snow Logic's commitment to energy efficiency is evident in its 'all-mountain' technologies that use only the necessary amount of energy for each application.

To maximize performance and efficiency in marginal, windswept, and low-pressure locations, we've introduced variable airflow technology that provides a significant boost without the high energy requirement of other technologies. With fixed (5-8cfm) and variable airflow options up to 50cfm, Snow Logic's Dual Vector technology is the most efficient solution for every hydrant location.

Snow Logic is dedicated to offering the lowest energy snowmaking solution in every class of technology, ensuring that ski areas worldwide can protect the environment and maintain financial sustainability.
